Update Business Plus Application

SessionToken obtained from the Create GMA Session endpoint. All secured endpoints require this header.

Version 2 Business Plus form. Send the whole form on every submit. Include the application id from Create Business Plus Application. PrimaryIndividual is required when you first complete the form.

Application id returned by Create Business Plus Application. Required on every update.

Business Plus application type. Supports only `1`.

Legal business name. Min: 2, Max: 100 characters.

Country of business registration. ISO Alpha-2 code (e.g. `US`).

Business registration number. Min: 2, Max: 50 characters.

Business registration date. Format: `yyyyMMdd` (e.g. `20250404`).

NAICS industry category.

Whether the business is a financial institution.

ISO country codes where the business operates.

Has the business started operations? When `true`, `OperationStartDate` is required. When `false`, `OperateEstDate` is required.

Indicates whether the business has a website.

Business source of funds.

Purpose of the account. Example: operational.

Primary business activities description.

Disclosure of involvement in illegal or immoral activities. Use `none_of_the_above` if none apply.

Geographic regions from which deposits are expected.

Geographic regions to which payments are expected.

Expected monthly deposit volume tier. When the value is other, send ExpectedDepositVolumeTierOther and omit it otherwise.

Expected monthly payment volume tier. When the value is other, send ExpectedPaymentVolumeTierOther and omit it otherwise.

Primary representative for the application. Required on create; omit on re-submit. Should include the full `BrokerIndividual` payload — see `Create Officer` for all available fields. At minimum include `FirstName`, `LastName`, `Email`, `MobileCountryCode`, `MobilePhone`, and `IsPrimaryUser: true`.

Id of the primary individual. Required on update.

Country of incorporation (ISO alpha-2). Required when `HasEntity` is `true`.

Website URL of the related entity. Optional.

Description of the related entity's business nature. Required when `HasEntity` is `true`.

Year the related entity was incorporated (e.g. `2020`). Required when `HasEntity` is `true`.

Ownership percentage held by the business. Required when `Entities[].Relations` is `shareholder`.

Source of wealth for the shareholder entity. Required when `Entities[].Relations` is `shareholder`.

Additional business addresses (e.g. registered address, mailing address). Each entry requires at minimum `Type`, `Street`, `BuildingNumber`, `City`, `State`, and `Country`.

International dialing code for LandlinePhone.

Business landline phone number.

Authorized signer's middle name. Max: 50 characters.

Middle name. Max 50 characters.

Mother's maiden name. Required when `IsAuthorizedUser` is `true`.

Date of birth. Format: `yyyyMMdd`. Required for shareholders, authorized users, directors, and control persons.

ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 nationality. Required for shareholders, authorized users, directors, and control persons.

Tax ID number. Required for shareholders, authorized users, directors, and control persons.

Social Security Number (9 digits, no hyphens). Required for US individuals.

Role. Required when `IsAuthorizedUser` is `true`.

Account access level. Required when `IsAuthorizedUser` is `true`.

Card preference flag (e.g. `1`). Used with address country for Visa debit card eligibility.

Mailing address. Same shape as `PrimaryIndividual.Address`.

API result code in the response envelope. Indicates success or the error category (e.g. 200 success, 400 bad request, 401 unauthorized).

Human-readable label paired with ResponseCode (e.g. Success, BadRequest, Unauthorized). Use with ResponseCode to interpret the outcome.

The saved Business Plus record. Use `ApplicationId` on later calls.
